Corporate Snapshot
Texas Shale Oil Inc (“TSO”) is an international Oil, Gas and Minerals company with operations in Texas and projects in several countries. TSO operates these oil, gas and EPC projects for its own account. In addition, it conducts minerals and petroleum operations services for affiliated entities and joint-venture partners.
TSO was incorporated in 2013 in Texas, USA. It acquired certain intellectual and hard assets and debt from RCO Energy LLC in exchange for shares of TSO. In November 2014, the Company was acquired by Shale Oil International Inc. (“SHLE”), a publicly-held company on the USA’s OTC Markets.
TSO currently has one wholly-owned subsidiary, Texas Shale Oil International Corp, in which the Company holds its international projects. It has affiliated companies in the USA, Cyprus, Hong Kong and Australasia.

TSO’s operational experience and expertise includes:
- Research & development of cutting-edge technologies for upstream applications;
- Data collection, organization and analyses in “emerging nations” and well-established oil-producing nations;
- Regional and detailed exploration, from satellite and airborne remote sensing to detailed 3D seismic on the plains and in the mountains to drilling complex structures and reservoirs vertically, directionally and horizontally;
- Oil and gas field development drilling and operations from small pools with a few million barrels to huge offshore reefs with several hundred million barrels of reserves;
- Oil field infrastructure design, construction and operators of oil/gas/water separators, pipeline gathering systems, tank farms, gas processing facilities and transportation systems;
- Refineries, power plants and LNG plants; and
- Crude oil and refined products trading.

Innovative R&D
TSO also serves as an “intellectual laboratory” for:
- the development of new exploration, drilling, development and production techniques, some of which have already been tested successfully in the field; and
- strategic geological models that have identified trend play opportunities in the USA, Canada and Ukraine.
The Company has been working cooperatively with specialized, private companies developing and testing revolutionary technologies to assemble a new “tool-box” for conducting exploration, development and production. Our common objective is to increase total recovery of the petroleum in a shorter period of time from very complex oil and gas reservoirs that are physically and chemically reluctant to release their treasure.
