Partnerships

An affiliate of TSO and a US-based financial partner recently formed Omaron Partners to pursue joint venture interests in crude oil & refined products trading, in upstream oil & gas ventures and in minerals ventures. Presently, the first venture in which the partnership plans to take majority equity interest is the Sand & Gravel Project in Texas. Omaron Partners is also working on a confidential refined products trading platform involving US Gulf Coast and Latin America interests. This is a rapidly-developing partnership in which TSO’s role is continuing to be defined, depending up each project.
